PetGraphy DXB ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you visit petgraphy.ae or contact us about a session, and how we use it.
Information we collect
You do not need an account. If you book online, the booking form asks for your WhatsApp number and, if you choose, your name and email. If you contact us via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, and details about your pet and the session you would like to book.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and approximate location. Google may set cookies and process this data on our behalf. The information is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use a browser extension to opt out of Google Analytics. We also count visits with a random code saved in your browser, to see which pages lead to enquiries. This code holds no personal data.
Bookings and payments
You can book online on this website or through WhatsApp. Online payments are processed by Ziina on its own secure page. We never see or store your card details. We share with Ziina the amount and a short booking note with your package, your WhatsApp number and, if given, your name. Your booking details are stored for 14 days on Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and sent to our team by email through Resend. WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use these details only to plan and deliver your photography session and to collect payment.
Third-party services
We use third-party services that may process data under their own policies: Ziina (online payments), Resend (booking emails to our team), Instagram and Behold.so (feed of our latest work), Pexels (background video), and Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, and booking storage).
Data retention
Online booking records on our website are deleted automatically after 14 days. We keep booking and session-related communication only as long as needed to provide our service and meet our records obligations. You may ask us to delete your personal information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
